Inc

I forget that
Academics journey too,
Though oft with distinct destination.
And many obscure stops along the way.
They’re self constructs, of experience and knowledge.
Not hatchlings fully fledged.

I’m aware I drift,
Little here lot there.

Many methods of travel,
Multitudes of travellers,
And so so many places,
To stop,
To wait,
To gain and grow.

The journey metaphor is such a biggie for us humans. Have gypsies, for example, teased popular imagination, at least in part, because of the way the life-style epitomises the journey?
Love the elipsis blog title. Wish I'd thought of that! :-)

Ish - I think it's older than that, maybe all the way back to subhumans wandering from bush to bush picking berries, and following the seasons.

Pod - :)
It's only me. {Minion} as was.

Blue - Hi, glad you came :)
